About

We listen, act, and transform

If you’re reading this, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next. My role as a therapist is to help you make sense of what you’re going through and support you in creating real, meaningful change. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, or feeling disconnected from themselves. By combining EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches, I help you understand your patterns, heal what’s been hurting, and learn practical tools to feel more grounded and in control of your life. Many of the parents I work with come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to support a child whose big emotions and ADHD-related behaviors feel like “too much.” You may feel like you’re walking on eggshells, repeating the same battles each day, or blaming yourself for not knowing what to do. I help parents understand what’s driving their child’s reactions, develop practical strategies to create calmer moments at home, and feel more confident in responding rather than reacting. Together, we’ll work on strengthening connection, reducing power struggles, and building a plan that supports both you and your child. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. You won’t be judged here. Instead, you’ll have space to slow down, explore what’s not working, and discover healthier ways to cope, communicate, and connect. I meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning after a difficult season. My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me at CrossFit, training for ice hockey, or spending time with my French bulldog. I bring the same commitment, humor, and grounded energy from those parts of my life into the therapeutic space. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
